3601 Market are high end, luxury apartments anchored by 15,600 square feet of retail and restaurants located in one of West Philadelphia’s fastest growing neighborhoods. The concept of our branding is the intersection of diligence and leisure. The building is located in a walkable distance to an highly concentrated area of a lot of businesses. So not only will people be close to work, but they will have all the amenities within the building. I designed the identity as well as concepts for their photography, signage, business cards and other collateral.
